Mission and Objectives

Objectives

Established in 1995, the Public Administration Department aims to educate individuals who can respond to political, social, and administrative needs, find solutions to local, national, and global problems in these areas, and possess the ethical awareness sought by the public and private sectors.

The educational objectives of the Public Administration undergraduate program are as follows:

1. To take on managerial roles in the public and private sectors in line with modern management principles.

2. To train graduates who can apply their theoretical and practical knowledge in their working lives.

3. To enable the analysis and resolution of social and administrative events.

4. To direct students towards academic studies in line with current managerial needs and to train academics as needed.

Goals

In line with its objectives, our department aims to educate graduates who possess a modern management understanding, can take on roles at various management levels in the public and private sectors, and can apply their theoretical and practical knowledge in their working lives. Furthermore, another goal of the department is to enable graduates to analyze social and administrative events, solve problems, and possess knowledge of the social, political, legal, and historical foundations of these events.
